A big thanks to Focus Fireplaces for a job well done. I can’t thank the team enough. In the showroom the salesman listened carefully to my vision of what I wanted and helped me make the best choice. The surveyor was so careful when measuring up my existing fireplace to ensure that the new one would be made to measure, avoiding the need to redecorate or alter the carpet. The fitters were so careful, making a brilliant job of taking away the old fireplace and fitting the new one and the log burner, with no damage to my wallpaper or carpet and then vacuuming up after themselves. My new fireplace and log burner look amazing. Well done and thanks.
We have been really impressed with the service we have had from Focus Fireplaces & Stoves from the initial friendly and helpful advice in the showroom to the extremely comprehensive survey and subsequent fitting. The gas stove was fitted neatly with great care taken by the team. The room was left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed. We were particularly impressed by the recommendation to fully replaster the chimney breast for the best finish. The plasterer was booked in two days after and has left the chimney breast with an almost mirror like surface! An efficient and excellent service. Now just to wait to get the flooring completed and room redecorated. Thank you.
Absolutely thrilled with Focus Fireplaces! From initial phone contact to completion they were a pleasure to deal with! No mess following the removal of our ‘inherited’ brick monstrosity which was miraculous! Fuss Free installation – no fuss, no bother after I’d been called out to work leaving my somewhat disinterested son ‘in charge’ (to give him credit he did agree to work from home!) New fireplace much more in keeping with our Victorian property. Many thanks to all concerned! I was unsure what I wanted, but the showroom staff were very helpful. Once I had decided, information and communication about the installation were very clear. The installers removed existing fire and fireplace and installed new fire without any problems. I’m very happy with my new fire.
